Product performance meets the standard requirements of GA634-2015 “Firefighters' Heat-Insulating Protective Clothing”.
The complete heat-insulating suit includes a five-piece set: jacket, one-piece suspender pants, heat-insulating hood, heat-insulating gloves, and protective foot covers.
The protective clothing is made from a composite material formed integrally molded (integrally molded should be translated as “integrally molded” or “monolithic molding”) using aramid carbon fiber base fabric with double-sided aluminum coating, highly efficient permanently flame-retardant insulation materials, and a flame-retardant comfort layer. It is soft and comfortable to wear, offering excellent thermal reflectivity and thermal insulation properties.
The heat-insulating hood visor features a high-reflective mirror-coated surface and is made of thickened polycarbonate material.
The product offers excellent flame resistance, abrasion resistance, and protection against radiant heat.
It is a multi-component design with an integrated air respirator compartment — the back pack of the jacket can accommodate either a 6.8L or 9.0L compressed air cylinder.
The heat-insulating gloves are five-fingered for full hand and wrist protection.
The heat-insulating foot covers can be used together with firefighter protective boots to provide protection for the ankles and feet.
Important Notice:This protective clothing provides excellent heat radiation protection but must not be used as fire-avoidance clothing for direct entry into fire environments.
